Questions clients ask
What does it cost?
We quote each job on its scope. Training, for example, is priced on the number of days, sessions and people. Ask for a quote and we will send clear pricing.
How does the process work?
Tell us what you need by form, email or phone. We review the request and send a quote based on scope. Work starts after you accept.
How long does it take?
Time depends on the service and on third parties such as government registries. We give a timeline with the quote rather than a generic promise.
What do I need before I contact you?
For formation and registered agent work, we tell you the documents once we know the entity type. For property, we need the property details and what you want done. For training, we need the topic, dates and headcount. For citizenship, bring the documents listed on the services page and we will confirm the exact set for your route.
Which citizenship routes do you handle?
Citizenship by descent, where one or both parents were born in St. Kitts and Nevis. Citizenship by marriage, for a person married to a citizen. Citizenship by residency, for a person who has lived in St. Kitts and Nevis for 14 continuous years. We also handle grant of renunciation.
What documents are needed for a citizenship application?
Typical documents include a birth certificate (original or certified copy), a marriage or divorce certificate if needed, a police certificate from any country where you lived for six months or more before St. Kitts and Nevis, a valid passport and previous passports showing residency, work or student stamps, a Social Security contributions statement, two passport-size photos, and a valid ID. We confirm the exact list for your route.
Who do you serve?
Clients in St. Kitts and Nevis, the diaspora, and nonresident clients. Property services suit expatriate owners and older homeowners. Offshore formation and registered agent work suits nonresident corporations, companies and foundations.
Where are you based?
Church Road, Gingerland, St. George's Parish, Nevis. We work across both islands.
Can VIGO act as my registered agent?
Yes. VIGO acts as a formation agent and provides registered agent and registered office, business address and correspondence address for corporations, companies and foundations.
Do you offer notary or Justice of the Peace services?
Yes. Justice of the Peace and notary public services are available. Contact us to confirm requirements for your document.
How do I start a consultation?
Use the contact form, email or either phone number. A person reads the request and sends a quote based on scope, with a clear next step. There is no public price list because the work varies by service.
Tell us what you need
Every request is read by a person, and comes back with a clear next step.
